Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hausmatch mobile application (the "App") operated by Hausmatch ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference — including its description of how we collect, share, and sell personal information.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Your Account

Creating an account requires your first name, email address, and a valid phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Contact Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree that Hausmatch and the real estate agents, brokerages, and lenders we connect you with may contact you at that number about showings you request and your use of the App, including by phone call and text message. These are service communications relating to what you asked for.

Promotional calls and texts — including any sent with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice — require your separate opt-in, which you give during signup or in Profile. That opt-in is not a condition of creating an account or using the App. You may withdraw it at any time in Profile or by replying STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply.

4. The Service

The App lets you browse property listings, save favorites, share a hunt with a partner, request showings, and use tools such as the mortgage calculator.

Listings and estimates are informational only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Mortgage calculator results are rough estimates based on national averages; they are not loan offers, rate quotes, prequalifications, or financial, legal, or real estate advice. Consult licensed professionals before making real estate or financing decisions.

5. We Are Not a Brokerage

Hausmatch is a software platform and a lead-generation service. We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, or lender, and no agency relationship is created by your use of the App. We do not represent you in any transaction. Showing requests are forwarded to third parties and are not binding appointments until confirmed by them.

6. Shared Hunts

If you invite someone into a shared hunt, or join one, the other members can see the homes you save, the tours you request, and the notes you write on listings. Do not put anything in a note you are not comfortable sharing with them.

The App and its content (excluding third-party listing data) are owned by Hausmatch and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAUSMATCH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by emailing info@hausmatch.co.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
